MCR Radar Calibration

Custom Job Management and Invoicing System & Website

Overview

Manchester Radar Calibration is a specialist ADAS and radar calibration provider serving bodyshops, garages and insurers across the North West. When the business launched, they had no website, no digital footprint and no internal systems in place yet, so we’ve had the pleasure of partnering with them from day one to build the foundations required for growth and long-term operational efficiency.

Launching the Business Online

We designed and built Manchester Radar Calibration’s first website, creating a clear, professional presence that established trust with trade clients and insurers from the outset. The site was structured with organic search visibility in mind, enabling the business to generate inbound enquiries as awareness grew. From a standing start, the website has delivered strong organic performance and continues to support a consistent flow of new work.

Scaling Operations as the Team Grew

As the business expanded and the field team grew, operational pressure increased. Technicians were submitting job details and images manually, while additional documents were sent to head office via email. The admin team then had to manually match emails and attachments to jobs, create invoices by hand, switch between systems and send client emails individually. While manageable at low volume, these inefficiencies compounded as job numbers increased.

Bespoke Internal Management System

We have designed and built a custom internal system tailored specifically to Manchester Radar Calibration’s workflow. Field technicians can now submit jobs easily from their phones and attach images directly on site. Documents sent to head office are automatically linked to the correct job, removing the need for manual sorting and reducing the risk of errors. The admin team has a centralised view of all jobs, allowing for quick sense checks and smoother workflows.

Automation, Reporting & Integrations

Instead of creating invoices manually and switching to Outlook to notify clients, invoices can now be generated with a single click directly from the job record, with clients automatically notified. Those saved minutes per job quickly add up, freeing the team to focus on higher-value work. The system also provides performance reporting, operational analytics and key business insights, alongside integration with accounting software to streamline financial workflows.

The Results

Manchester Radar Calibration now operates with the efficiency and visibility of a much larger organisation. What began as a website launch has evolved into a fully integrated digital and operational platform that supports growth without increasing administrative overhead, enabling the business to scale confidently and efficiently.
